Welcome, and thank you for visiting Dimensional Therapies. My name is Rachel Williams, I am a Certified Crystal Healing Therapist (CCH), Reiki Practitioner and Akashic Records Reader providing guidance for self-led holistic healing.

What is self-led holistic healing?

It can be seen as a self-directed personal practice where an individual guides their own healing intentions based on the guidance given by the practitioner. It emphasises self-awareness, inner guidance, and personal responsibility, focusing on calm reflection and intentional care.

This approach to healing is perfect for those who have started on their holistic healing journey and aren't quite sure how to apply the knowledge. It is also helpful for those who have a sound knowledge of holistic healing and like to get straight to work. It is also perfect for those who prefer introversion when it comes to healing. To get the best out of this approach a real passion for self-disciplined healing, self-compassion, commitment, and kindness towards self are key.

Tools I use to support my work...

Sage is used to create the most nurturing and energetically supportive space. Sage is often used before and during the treatment to clear and cleanse.

Tingsha bells create a very pure sound to clear and cleanse the environment. These can be used in place of sage.

A selenite wand to cleanse the aura. The aura is the energetic field that surrounds the body.

A pendulum acts as a tool to detect any chakras that may be blocked or under active.

Tarot and oracle cards to provide insights, clarification, and to support personal development.

What is a chakra?

The word chakra in Sanskrit means wheel. The guidance focuses on the seven 'main' chakras. The seven main chakras are traditionally described as being aligned along the centre of the body:

Root chakra – at the base of the spine.
Sacral chakra – just below the navel.
Solar plexus chakra – upper abdomen, above the navel.
Heart chakra – centre of the chest.
Throat chakra – throat area.
Third eye chakra – centre of the forehead, between the eyebrows.
Crown chakra – top of the head.

These come from spiritual traditions and are often used for reflection or meditation rather than anatomy.

I like to think of the chakras as instruments within an orchestra all playing their own individual unique note. When these notes are played together they produce an overall harmonious sound. This would be 'heard' and felt when our chakras are all in balance. However, instruments can go 'out of tune', in other words when life becomes challenging these notes can become 'flat' or 'sharp' making the overall sound jarring and uncomfortable. This may be felt subtly, a feeling of 'not quite right' or ' I can't put my finger on it' or profoundly, affecting our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours

What is crystal healing?

Crystal healing is a holistic therapy that involves using crystals to bring about physical, mental, and spiritual healing. It is based on the belief that crystals have energetic properties that can interact with our own energy fields to promote balance, relaxation, and well-being. Practitioners of crystal healing use specific crystals placed on or around the body to facilitate healing, release negative energy, and enhance positive energy flow. The concept of using crystals for healing can be traced back thousands of years to ancient civilisations such as the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans.

What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records may be viewed as a cosmic library capturing every soul's journey through time, including past lives, present experiences, and potential future paths. We each have our own 'book' and through asking specific questions we may seek answers and guidance. As a reader I receive guidance in the form of symbols, images, and words. It is not my place to decipher or interpret what I receive but to pass on the message unfiltered and with love.

Fees & availability

As a recommendation I would suggest this guidance is helpful to receive on a monthly basis. This gives enough time to implement the guidance and to reflect upon any shifts and changes you may experience. The guidance offered is charged at £15. This can be one-off or at intervals chosen by you. There is no subscription or obligation.

Bookings can be made by completing a request on the contact page or by email or text. I ask that payment is received upon booking as this is viewed as you giving consent for me to access your energetic field, and to seek guidance from the akashic records. I ask that payment is received via bank transfer. All that is required to seek guidance is your name, location, and the email address you would like the guidance sent to (e.g. Joe Henry Bloggs, Taunton, Somerset, and your email). To complete the booking we will agree on the day you would like the guidance completed.
