Welcome, and thank you for visiting Dimensional Therapies. My name is Rachel Williams, I am a certified Crystal Healing Therapist (CCH), Reiki Practitioner and Akashic Records Reader providing both short and long-term energy healing and guidance.

What is crystal healing, reiki, and akashic record reading?

Crystal healing is a holistic therapy that involves using crystals to bring about physical, mental, and spiritual healing. It is based on the belief that crystals have energetic properties that can interact with our own energy fields to promote balance, relaxation and well-being. Practitioners of crystal healing use specific crystals placed on or around the body to facilitate healing, release negative energy, and enhance positive energy flow. The concept of using crystals for healing can be traced back thousands of years to ancient civilisations such as the Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans.

Reiki is another type of energy healing comprised of two words, "Rei" meaning universal and "Ki" meaning life energy. Practitioners of reiki place their hands on or above specific areas of the body to facilitate the flow of energy throughout the body.

The Akashic Records may be viewed as a cosmic library capturing every soul's journey through time, including past lives, present experiences, and potential future paths. We each have our own 'book' and through asking specific questions we may seek answers and guidance.

It is important to note that crystal healing, reiki and akashic records reading is considered a complementary therapy and should not replace medical treatment or advice. If you have any specific health concerns, it's advisable to consult a qualified health care professional.

Tools I use to support my work...

Sage is used to create the most nurturing and energetically supportive space. Sage is often used before and during the treatment to clear and cleanse.

Tingsha bells create a very pure sound to clear and cleanse the environment. These can be used in place of sage.

A selenite wand is passed over the body at the beginning of the treatment to cleanse the aura. The aura is the energetic field that surrounds the body.

A pendulum is hovered over each of the seven chakra points one at a time. The pendulum acts as a tool to detect any chakras that may be blocked or under active.

Beginning of the crystal healing treatment

The session begins with a discussion of the goals and intentions for the treatment. These goals may be physical, emotional or soul aligned. Based upon your needs, the practitioner will select specific crystals to work with during the treatment. You will be asked if you have any affirmations, mantras or prayers that you wish to keep in mind. You will be encouraged to focus on your breath during the treatment. For those who are visual I suggest that you picture a feather in your minds eye. As you breathe in the feather lifts to the top of your breath, and as you breathe out you picture the feather gently falling back down to the ground.

You will be encouraged to make yourself comfortable on the bed usually in a lying down position. This is when you will experience the sage, selenite wand and pendulum being used. Hovering the pendulum over each of the seven chakra points in turn will inform the practitioner which of the energy centres may require greater focus for healing. The practitioner will then place the selected crystals on or around the body in a specific pattern or layout. You will be encouraged to relax and may be guided through a meditation. The practitioner may also use various techniques such as sweeping or moving crystals or hands-off healing. The intention is to remove any blockages or imbalances and restore the free flow of energy.

End of the crystal healing treatment

Once the treatment session is complete, the practitioner will gently remove the crystals and use the pendulum once again to check for any changes within the chakras. The practitioner will discuss any insights or experiences you may have had. You may experience various sensations during the treatment, such as tingling, warmth, coolness or subtle energetic shifts. Some people also report feelings of deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of clarity and insight. If you wish you can pull a tarot or oracle card for further clarity or direction. The practitioner will complete the treatment by offering recommendations for self-care practices or to discuss further sessions if needed. Detailed treatment notes will be provided by email the following day to support you in continuing to work towards your goals.

My location

During the week I work from my home address in Bridgend. I will provide location details when we arrange our treatment sessions.

I operate a lone working policy which I will explain upon booking.

In addition to providing in-person treatments, I also offer online treatments for clients within the UK via Zoom. Contact me to find out more about how online treatments work.

Fees & availability

Crystal healing treatments for individuals last 60 minutes. Treatment sessions are charged at £35 per session. Add reiki healing for an additional £5. In-person only.

Reiki treatments for individuals last 60 minutes. Treatment sessions are charged at £30 per session. In-person only.

Akashic record readings for individuals last around 40 minutes. Readings are charged at £35 per 40 minute reading. I ask that you chose 5 main questions from a comprehensive list of questions that I provide and 3 additional questions to be asked if time allows. Online and in-person.

My availability varies so please contact me for availability if you have a specific requirement in mind.

Note that if you want to cancel an appointment I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. I accept payment via bank transfer and cash.

Late arrivals to in-person treatments will mean that the treatment hour will be reduced proportionally. Arrivals later than 10 minutes will mean that the treatment is cancelled.
